1. Data controller

Neurone is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the website epilink.dk. Enquiries may be directed to jakob@neurone.dk.

2. Processing activities

When using the contact form, we process the information you provide, including your name, email address, organisation if applicable, subject and message. The purpose is to respond to and administer your enquiry.

When signing up for EpiLink updates, your email address is processed in order to send information about the development of the product. The signup is based on consent, which may be withdrawn.

3. Visiting the website

No personal data is collected during ordinary visits unless otherwise stated in the applicable cookie policy.

4. Storage

Information is stored on Neurone's infrastructure with the hosting provider Hetzner within the EU and deleted when no longer necessary for its purpose.

5. Your rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Enquiries may be directed to jakob@neurone.dk.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency.

6. The EpiLink application

This policy applies to the website epilink.dk. The EpiLink application itself may be subject to separate terms and privacy information.
